The claims we accept

Claims must be sourced directly and be compliant with SRA marketing rules. We do not accept:

  • Tele-marketed claims, regardless of any opt-ins held;
  • Door-canvassed claims;
  • Claims sourced indirectly through non-regulated introducers, whether UK based or offshore.
This position is not negotiable; it protects both firms and ensures every claim we take on is properly obtained.

Our infrastructure

We are highly experienced in housing disrepair and have the infrastructure to manage volume efficiently and compliantly:

  • A dedicated onboarding team of 15 staff;
  • A team of in-house surveyors;
  • Extended operating hours, Monday to Friday 8am to 8pm and Saturday 9am to 5pm.

Funding and costs

We do not use litigation funding or client loans. Our arrangements are straightforward: a fixed success fee of 25%, and a staged ATE insurance policy underwritten by Financial & Legal, with a £25,000 indemnity limit.

Working with us

We are highly experienced in working with CMCs on a high-volume basis and operate weekly payment cycles for introduced claims.

If you are an FCA registered CMC sourcing compliant housing disrepair claims, we would welcome a conversation. Please contact us at partnerships@antonyhodari.co.uk.

The standards we require

Before we enter into any arrangement with an introducer, we carry out due diligence. As a minimum, we require:

Current FCA authorisation for regulated claims management activity, verifiable on the Financial Services Register
Marketing and lead generation practices that comply with FCA rules, data protection law and the ban on cold calling for claims services
Clear, accurate consumer-facing communications that do not overstate likely compensation or misdescribe the claims process
Lawful collection and transfer of client data, with valid consent and a documented lawful basis
Willingness to enter into a written agreement reflecting SRA requirements on referral arrangements

We review arrangements regularly and will end any relationship that falls short of these standards.
